An LEC Announcement
The Launceston Environment Centre (LEC) applied to the Commissioner for Corporate Affairs to have our Association deregistrated as an incorporated association, as instructed by a Special General Meeting of Members on 22nd July 2015. The Notice of Cancellation of Incorporation of our Association was received from the Commissioner and took effect on the 14th Sept 2015.
The LEC office is closed and all memberships have lapsed.
The LEC will be wound up when all outstanding accounts have been settled.
The LEC minutes, campaign and project material have been archived at the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery (QVMAG) Inveresk , in Launceston.
They are available for viewing , contact Andrew Parsons at the Museum.

This web page will remain until 10/2016.
Thank you to all those people and organisations who have provided support to the LEC over the last 41 years, without your support the LEC would not have been able to achieve the significant outcomes for the natural environment of the greater Launceston area.
